Our team is working from home remotely during the Covid-19 Pandemic as an Essential Service.

While we have suspended all in-person client meetings for the moment here are the ways we are delivering services:

  • VPN to make sure our critical infrastructure¬†remains secure.
  • Processing payrolls and providing payroll support as our clients teams shift.
  • Sharefile for secure document sharing.
  • Fedex for sending original documents such as vendor bills and check payments.
  • Establishing electronic payment services to provide faster payments during mail delays and work from home policies.
  • Zoom to do real time video meetings where we share screens and documents.
  • Picking up mail from our impacted client sites that are unable to retrieve bills.
  • Reviewing the latest financial relief efforts to see how our clients can get relief.
  • Completing critical fillings for sales tax and payroll tax so that our clients remain compliant.
  • Preparing reports and packages to assist clients in securing relief funds.
